Cookie Policy
Last updated: 8 August 2026
On the website https://www.newgirlscabaret.com we use cookies to measure how well our Google Ads advertising campaigns perform and to provide the customer support chat.
Applicable Regulations
In compliance with Directive 2009/136/EC, implemented in Spanish law by the second paragraph of Article 22 of the Law on Information Society Services, and following the guidelines of the Spanish Data Protection Agency, we provide detailed information about the use of cookies on our website.
What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small files stored in the user's browser that allow your visit to be remembered on future occasions. They do not reveal your identity or personal data, but they facilitate browsing by allowing preferences and technical information to be saved, such as visits made or pages viewed.
Purpose of Cookies
Cookies provide faster access to selected services and improve the user experience.
Your Consent
Advertising and chat cookies are not set until you accept them. On your first visit you will see a notice where you can accept or reject them; rejecting is just as easy as accepting and does not limit your use of the website.
Until you accept, or if you reject, only the cookies strictly necessary for the website to work will be used. You can change your decision at any time using the button at the end of this page.
Cookie Management
If the user does not want cookies to be stored in their browser, they can configure it to:
- Reject all cookies.
- Ask whether to install each cookie.
- Accept all cookies.
In addition, browsers allow you to:
- Reject cookies from certain domains.
- Reject third-party cookies.
- Accept non-persistent cookies (deleted when the browser is closed).
- Allow cookies only for certain sites.
Configuring Cookies in Browsers
You can manage cookies from your browser settings:
- Internet Explorer: Tools → Internet Options → Privacy → Settings.
- Firefox: Tools → Options → Privacy → History → Custom settings.
- Chrome: Settings → Show advanced settings → Privacy → Content settings.
- Safari: Preferences → Security.
For more information, please consult your browser's support documentation.
Third-Party Cookies
We are not responsible for the content and accuracy of third parties' privacy policies.
Cookies Used on Our Website
| Name | Category | Description | Ownership | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| ng-cookie-consent | Strictly necessary | Stores whether you accepted or rejected cookies, so you are not asked again. Kept in your browser (localStorage) and never sent anywhere. | Own | Until you clear it |
| _gcl_au | Advertising | Measures whether a visit came from one of our ads and ended in contact, so we know which campaigns work. Only set if you accept. | Google Ads | 90 days |
| _gcl_ls | Advertising | Same purpose as _gcl_au. Kept in localStorage rather than as a cookie. Only if you accept. | Google Ads | Until you clear it |
| test_cookie | Advertising | Checks whether your browser accepts cookies. Only set if you accept. | DoubleClick (Google) | End of session |
| twk_uuid_<id> | Functionality | Identifies the visitor in the customer support chat so the conversation survives between visits. | Tawk.to | 6 months |
| twk_idm_key | Functionality | Identifies the individual chat session. | Tawk.to | End of session |
| TawkConnectionTime | Functionality | Stores the duration of the chat session. | Tawk.to | End of session |
| twk_token_<id>, twk_<id> | Functionality | Keep the conversation state and history in your browser (localStorage). | Tawk.to | Until you clear it |
The Google Map
The map showing where the venue is does not load on its own. Instead you will see a panel with a button: until you press it, Google is not contacted and your IP address is not sent. Once you press it, Google receives your IP address and may set its own cookies. If you have already accepted cookies, the map loads straight away, because that permission already covers Google Maps.
What Happens If You Decline
If you decline, no advertising or chat cookies are set, and neither the chat nor the map is loaded. Only the cookies strictly necessary for the website to work are used, plus the record of your own decision.
Even if you decline, the Google tag container (Google Tag Manager) still loads and may send Google a measurement signal WITHOUT identifiers or cookies (this is known as "advanced consent mode"). That signal lets Google estimate our campaigns’ effectiveness in aggregate, but it cannot identify you or track you across websites.
How Long Your Decision Lasts
Your decision is stored for a maximum of 12 months. After that period, or if we change the providers or purposes described on this page, you will be asked again: consent given for a different list than the current one does not carry over to the new one.
Changes to the Cookie Policy
We may modify this policy to adapt it to new legal or regulatory requirements. Users are advised to review this section periodically.
If significant changes occur, they will be communicated to users through the website or by email if they are registered.
