The call, WhatsApp and "Get Uber" buttons are links to those applications: pressing them opens the corresponding app, and from that point your data is handled by that third party under its own policy. This website does not access your locationnor transmit it: the Uber link only carries the club's address as the destination, and it is the Uber app itself that determines where you are, using the permissions you granted to it.

No profiling with legal effects is carried out and no automated decisions are made about you. This website is intended exclusively for adults over 18.

Some of the providers listed above are based in the United States or may access data from there. Such transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, found adequate by the European Commission on 10 July 2023, where the provider is certified under it, and otherwise on the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the Commission together with any additional safeguards required. If you do not accept cookies, neither the chat nor the map is loaded and no advertising cookies are set.

Even if you decline, the Google tag container (Google Tag Manager) still loads and may send Google a measurement signal WITHOUT identifiers or cookies (this is known as "advanced consent mode"). That signal lets Google estimate our campaigns’ effectiveness in aggregate, but it cannot identify you or track you across websites.
