This policy explains how the personal data of visitors to www.newgirlscabaret.com is processed, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on the Protection of Personal Data and the guarantee of digital rights (LOPDGDD).

2. What Data We Process and Why
This website has no registration or purchase forms. The only data that may be processed is:
- Contact details you provide voluntarily when you email us, call us or use the website chat: your name, phone number or email address and the content of your enquiry. Purpose: handling and answering that enquiry.
- Browsing data linked to our advertising (pages viewed, device type, referrer, IP address and the campaign click identifier): only if you accept advertising cookies. Purpose: measuring how effective our Google Ads campaigns are and attributing conversions (calls, WhatsApp, chat and directions requests). This website does not use Google Analytics and compiles no usage statistics beyond that advertising measurement.
- Technical access data recorded by the server out of operational and security necessity. Purpose: keeping the service available and detecting faults or abuse.
The call, WhatsApp and "Get Uber" buttons are links to those applications: pressing them opens the corresponding app, and from that point your data is handled by that third party under its own policy. This website does not access your locationnor transmit it: the Uber link only carries the club's address as the destination, and it is the Uber app itself that determines where you are, using the permissions you granted to it.
No profiling with legal effects is carried out and no automated decisions are made about you. This website is intended exclusively for adults over 18.
3. Legal Basis
- Your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) for advertising cookies, for the chat and for loading the Google map. You may withdraw it at any time from theCookie Policy, as easily as you gave it.
- Pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) when you contact us for information.
- Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in keeping the website operational and secure, which covers the technical access logs.
4. Retention Period
- Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle them and thereafter for the limitation period of any resulting liabilities.
- Advertising cookies last as long as stated in the providers table; the longest-lived one (
_gcl_au, from Google Ads) lasts 90 days from the moment it is set. - Technical access logs are kept for short periods defined by the hosting provider.
- The record of your cookie decision stays in your browser until you delete it or revoke it.
5. Recipients
Data is not disclosed to third parties except where legally required. The following providers do act as data processors, accessing data solely to provide us with their service and under a contract compliant with Art. 28 GDPR:

6. International Transfers
Some of the providers listed above are based in the United States or may access data from there. Such transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, found adequate by the European Commission on 10 July 2023, where the provider is certified under it, and otherwise on the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the Commission together with any additional safeguards required. If you do not accept cookies, neither the chat nor the map is loaded and no advertising cookies are set.
Even if you decline, the Google tag container (Google Tag Manager) still loads and may send Google a measurement signal WITHOUT identifiers or cookies (this is known as "advanced consent mode"). That signal lets Google estimate our campaigns’ effectiveness in aggregate, but it cannot identify you or track you across websites.
7. Your Rights
You may exercise the following rights at any time, free of charge:
- Access: to know what data of yours we process.
- Rectification: to correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete.
- Erasure: to have data deleted when it is no longer necessary.
- Restriction: to have data kept but not used while a claim of yours is resolved.
- Objection: to object to processing based on legitimate interest.
- Portability: to receive your data in a structured, commonly used format.
- Withdrawal of consent already given, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
